Anger Management

Anger Management helps identify triggers and develop healthy behaviors.

 
Are you angry all the time? With anger management counseling you can learn to decrease the intensity and frequency of angry feelings and increase your ability to recognize and appropriately express feelings as they occur. You’ll work to develop an awareness of your behaviors to replace them with control and serenity.

Once we identify situations, thoughts, people and feelings that trigger anger with verbal and behavioral actions, we can work on finding alternative ways to manage and change.
