In your individual counseling sessions, I will help you discover and understand the source of your anxiety, depression, stress or anger. We will work together to find the cause for your inability to adjust to your present situation. Counseling is a place to feel affirmed and a space to come out of that dark place you are in, slowly and steadily over time. My sessions are surrounded with empathy. I will help you establish better coping mechanisms to improve how you feel and how you respond.
